b) If allowed, we access to your Contacts. Moreover, we also enable you to find or invite your Mobile Contacts’ friends into our application.

c) When you log in from Google, we take your name, email, profile picture, location, your age range, and Gender Info to provide you the best contents that you like most

d) If allowed, we can track your location through GPS based on your SIM card, IP address or mobile device location settings to provide you localized advertisements and personalized Contents.

e) If allowed, we access your Phone to read phone status, identity and Unique device ID of your device.

 

2. Information that you provide to us during usage of our service:

a) When you connect to our application, we take some non-personal data about yourself like the Android model, version, and browser, resolution of your mobile phone, IMEI, Language, network, unique mobile identifier, Mobile carriers, Cookies and other such information

b) We store the data that you fill in your profile which include your Name, Email address, Phone number, Country and other similar information

c) We collect your behavioural data like contents you like/comment/share and social media login details (Upon logged in) to provide you personalized service.

5 Report Contents:

If you find any Improper/Restricted Contents on our App. Please, remember that TaskPay 2023 didn’t endorse any contents. However, one can report any contents in the application with a reason of reporting like Content Infringement, Objectionable Content etc. We will review that content immediately and if it violates any policy, we will immediately remove that content and may block that user/Partner.

Our Service includes links to other apps or Websites whose privacy practices may differ from us. 7. COMMON POINTS TO BE AWARE OF IN TRANSACTION RULES

a) We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong information regarding your Paytm account. Authenticity is your own responsibility

b) Registering bulk virtual email ids illegally is subject to legal actions as per rules of Govt. of India

c) We don’t pay to Non-Indian Paytm mobile numbers

d) If you use the same phone or emulator to fill in a number of Invitations and If you are logging in with multiple accounts repeatedly with the same cell phone or by using app-duplication software, These actions are subjected to illegal activities and we may take legal actions against the user if applicable.

e) When user withdraws money from TaskPay 2023, TDS will be deducted as per the government rules.

f) We don't accept any money from any of our users. All rewards earned are based on the performance of the user.

 

8. Children Under the age of 18 years:

The TaskPay 2023 Products and Services are not intended for the children below the age of 12 years.

 

9. Advertisements Network and Third Party Services

a) Your information may be used for the presentation of advertisements. We may use ad networks to customize and display advertising on our Services. We may share certain information about you as a user (such as age or other information we have collected or received) with certain ad network and service providers to help them deliver more relevant content and advertisements through their networks.

b) We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit or use our application. These companies may use information about your visits or use to particular services to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

c) We bring relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include gaming offers, personal loan offers, shopping offers, fantasy league offers, finance or insurance related offers, e-health medicine purchase platform offers, etc. Rozdhan is an intermediary and is not affiliated with any ad agency or company that promote their products on our app. In case a company does not receive the necessary requirements pertaining to the offer, the company may not provide the incentive associated with the offer, resulting in the user not receiving any coins. Rozdhan is not responsible for non-issuance in such scenarios.

d) We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users. We can also give it to some government Institutions if and only if it is permitted by the Law of Govt of India.

e) We cannot, and do not, control the information that you share with other Users using an Application, the Services and how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.

f) When you share our application/contents or link your user profile to some third parties like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. they might receive your personal and non-personal information like Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Age etc. We are not responsible for that kind of sharing of data as we don’t/can’t control it.
